Paul’s diligence, perseverance, wealth of experience and knowledge has physically made me more comfortable than I ever could have envisaged, despite being an ongoing ‘work in progress.
During lockdown I was the main career for my lovely but sadly bedridden elderly Mum and constantly leaning and bending to care for her. I also had a fall indoors.
Consequently, this left me with a twisted spine like a corkscrew in three places, I looked as though I had sclerosis. My pelvis was also twisted and tilted in an abnormal angle that made it impossible to sit comfortably in a chair or walk properly.

I have had a recurring problem with pain in my neck and back for a number of years. When I first visited Paul, about three years ago, I couldn't stand up straight. After my first visit my posture had definitely improved and the pain was noticeably less. I made a number of weekly visits and found improvement in my posture and I had less pain each time. I have visited osteopaths in the past and have found them helpful. However, the chirocranial approach is a much less painful treatment. I visit Paul monthly and the underlying problem has diminished and my visits are now mainly maintenance. I have recommended Paul to a number of friends who have also found the technique beneficial.
After a difficult birth, Molly first saw Paul at eight days old. Initially Molly visited Paul once a week but now receives treatment once every four weeks. The session is worked around her needs, often Paul treats her whilst she is playing or watching nursery rhymes.

When I arrived at your chiropractic clinic several years ago, I literally could not walk more than a few steps, and those in pain. This was caused by various problems in my leg which normal drugs did not improve, and may, have caused the problems in the first place Paul, has, over the following period got me back to almost normal, and has kept up a maintenance schedule for all the other aches, and pains that one is liable to when you get to 81 years old !!

I visited The Harmony centre and had a session with Paul Parolin. Paul assessed my condition and started a course of treatment with me and now only two months on the pain in my back and neck has gone and the amount of mobility I have in my neck is amazing.
On top of this success and because the way the treatment works there have been other beneficial outcomes too. I feel more relaxed, my posture has improved and I am able to concentrate for longer periods at a time.

Apologies in advance to all the fit 80 years olds, but when I first met Paul, that's how I described myself; felt 80 years old, screaming calves, aching all over, no sense of balance to the point that I occasionally fell over, hunched shoulders and the occasional back 'lock'. My Doctor merely prescribed that I lose some weight and take co-codamol. I was depressed and constantly crying.

Before discovering Paul at The Harmony Centre I put up with constant back, neck and shoulder pain brought on by heavy lifting and various mishaps. On discussing with him what outcome I hoped to achieve I quickly realised improvement wasn’t going to take place overnight. Working with his guidance, manipulation and a lot of self help, yes do have to actually perform the given exercises regularly, my aches and pains have gradually diminished. Months later, with a slight lifestyle adjustment, I have now improved beyond my expectations, although I still visit Paul for the “odd” maintenance check!!

As an ageing golfer, keen to continue playing on a regular basis for as long as possible, I have found my monthly maintenance sessions with Paul Parolin absolutely invaluable. I first went to see Paul about four years ago with a lower back problem which had left me in considerable pain and quite immobile. He had been recommended to me by a friend and in just a few visits he was able to relieve the pain and had me back on the golf course in a matter of weeks. I then took the decision to see him on a regular basis so that any potential problems in the future could be diagnosed and dealt with before they become too serious. I have learnt through experience that Paul has an uncanny ability to know exactly what any spinal problem is and the expertise to make the necessary correction. I also have complete trust in his judgement. He seems always to know when to gently manipulate and when to suggest appropriate exercise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone with a similar problem and perhaps particularly to those of us who are passionate about sport and exercise and who believe that it adds a real quality to our lives.

I was recommended to Paul by a work colleague as I have suffered back pain for many years. I have tried massage therapy, osteopaths, and physiotherapy without much success. After my first treatment with Paul I felt 60% better and I’ve had much more energy in the days that followed. My headaches have gotten better and I am not suffering nearly as much from the daily discomfort of chronic lower back pain.

Having received chiropractic treatment from Paul Parolin for over a year, I would highly recommend him. I have found Paul to be kind, trustworthy and his treatment very effective. I had a trapped nerve in my spine one side and compacted vertebrae the other, as well as problem areas in knees and neck. I am delighted with the recovery made and am pleased to be able to continue to go every six to eight weeks to maintain optimal function. Paul uses a mixture of firm or gentle, subtle manipulation. His diagnosis was excellent, confirmed by MRI results, and I find his understanding of the body and holistic system impressive. if you are in doubt whether it is worth going, I would say definitely worth it.
